Everybody is just now downloading the beta and the servers cannot handle the strain. I estimate by the end of the day there will be at least 2,000,000 players online.
All you have to do to get into the Halo Reach Xbox Live Multiplayer Beta is buy Halo 3: ODST. That is simple enough right?
